Well she isn't my Artemis, but I love her all the same. I watched through both seasons of Young Justice and fell in love with all the characters. I knew at some point I was going to have to do a piece of Artemis. I heard that the show was cancelled which I think is a big mistake. So, much like Firefly, I thought it could be cool if it continued on as a comic book. I thought I could make this issue one of a series that follows Artemis reborn from the Amazon Paradise island where Wonder Woman comes from. She is a god much like Wonder Woman, but since Artemis from Young Justice became the Tigress, I thought we could have the real Artemis fill in wearing Crock's uniform. Clearly I have a thing for Artemis mythology in many ways.
The logo was something I whipped up based heavily on the Supergirl header. I don't normally blow up my drawings, but for the sake of composition, I stretched her proportionately a little bit to fill more of the page. I hope it hasn't distorted my lines much.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI am also a fan of Artemis from YJ so I am coming from that point of view.
Ok the first things that jump out at me. I love that you made her muscular. This is a teen that spends her time pulling a bow, she is going to be strong. I like that you gave her costume a "utility" feel to it. This is not just to look good, but has to have form and function. So the kneepads and boots are great.
I love what you did with her face. She is not /exactly/ like her YJ/TV counterpart, nor would I expect her to be. And I will admit I love her nose! Love her hair, but maybe just a touch longer would have worked.
I like what you did to the background. Makes you focus on her.
Ok the things I think need so work or otherwise.
Bow. Where is her bow? It is not required by any stretch, but seeing would have been nice. Maybe holding in in her right hand.
As a very athletic girl I would expect her to be a little less busty too. Plus she is a teen.
If this is Artemis reborn then maybe something to tie in her time as Tigress? Maybe Tigress' mask with an arrow through it. But that is not really needed, just a thought.
Still though. I like it and think it is a wonderful piece.
